Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE BUSINESS MANAGER - CHANNEL PLUS ROLE…

The Business Manager of Channels Plus will be responsible for the commercial growth of our Channels Plus product, working under the guidance of the GM of Little Hotelier & Channels Plus. They will be responsible for the successful execution of go-to-market strategy to scale the product, business process optimisation, partner optimisation, and customer experience. To be successful in this role the Business Manager will have an ability to operate effectively through influencing peers across functions and work closely with a broad range of stakeholders within the business. Channels Plus plays a significant role in SiteMinder’s growth aspirations. You will be part of a tight knit team, and work with colleagues globally to help define new initiaitves and deliver frictionless customer experiences as we grow and scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

  • Ownership of Channels Plus business prioritisation and impact, while working closely with the Product Managers on future product led growth strategies.
  • Accountable for the delivery of initiatives to scale and optimise the 2-sided marketplace, working closely with our GTM, Ecosystem, and external partner teams
  • Single point of contact for commercial escalations for Channels Plus product as well as day to day oversight of business operations.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Partnerships, Product & Engineering, Sales, Finance, Onboarding, Customer Success & Marketing to execute and improve complex business processes, and deliver smooth customer and partner experience on Channels Plus.
  • Engage with external partners, including online travel agents and payment processing partners, to resolve issues and improve business processes.
