About the role

  • You prepare strategic meetings and follow up on various tasks in the commercial area
  • You manage and monitor progress on different initiatives and projects
  • You drive alignment between various stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration, thriving towards executional excellence
  • You prepare in-depth research and analysis to support strategic, data- driven decision-making and business planning
  • You explore new business opportunities and support business development initiatives to drive our commercial area’s growth
  • You collaborate directly with our C-level and senior leadership on diverse projects and strategic initiatives

About you

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • You have gained practical experiences in a role in the commercial area
  • You are ambitious, with a strong strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively on different levels and with cross-functional teams
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a methodological approach and solution orientation
  • You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • You are business fluent in English, ideally you also have German skills
  • You are able and willing to come to our Cologne office several days a week
