I’m Göran Sidgren and I’m heading the Telia Mobile & Services team. I’m searching for a curious individual like you, ready to take your next leap within Telia and take on this central role.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who will dive head-first into any challenge and doing so with great energy. This role requires very well-developed collaboration mind-set and strong interpersonal skills as you will be in the midst of it all. We are seeking a blend of strategic thinking and great deal of go-get mentality.
The ideal candidate has five years of experience within economy or analytics and experience from driving value, creating CX brilliance and bringing his/her own insights into meaningful actions. You may be working as a Data analyst, Business manager or in a similar position. This is a key role within Business Management that comes with lot of responsibility and expectations. Although you’ll be joining a team of highly result oriented individuals you need to be able contribute with some silliness and have fun along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Customer Base Strategies : This includes developing strategies for new products and services, as well as conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure successful value development of our Base.
  • Retention strategy: Form world class churn-mitigating activities and be a part of shaping the tomorrow’s proposition that drives both value and customer lifetime enhancement.
  • Analysis and Reports : You are expected to share insights and be the backbone of our analytical capabilities. Reporting and KPI tracking are central role in this position.
  • Market development & trend monitoring: Market savviness is expected, and that this person has a trained eye for spotting market opportunitie
