JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:
In this role, you will work with agencies in creating sales opportunities and provide them with comprehensive training and resources to confidently present and clinch Employee Benefit cases. You will also be vital in driving the EB & EB2Life projects, aimed at growing and strengthening the Employee Benefits Business
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes
- Understand and analyze sales quotations to aid Agency close sales.
- Provide support to the overall new business sales process.
- Assist in conducting sales and product training to your assigned channels
- Handle enquiries from your assigned channels
- Assist in sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase upsell sales opportunities & to champion all tactical campaigns to drive business growth
- Spearhead EB2Life to try to achieve overall department target
- Lead EBS Achievers Mentorship program to try to achieve targets set

EDUCATION:
- Degree in Business or related fields of study
