ABOUT THE TEAM

Business Management supports the Technology Group and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in setting and implementing the strategic agenda and running the day-to-day business. This includes the overarching governance, and collaboration model within the Technology Group, as well as driving selected strategic projects and owning the operating cadence. Responsibility for the CIO’s thought leadership positioning, overarching internal and external communication, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) also lie within our unit.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Proactively support the Head of Business Management with the implementation of the Technology Group operating model and governance framework, incl. continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality preparation of executive CIO appearances (e.g. keynotes, presentations, etc.)
• Manage cross-functional projects strategically and operationally (e.g. transformational initiatives, capability building)
• Ensure thorough preparation of relevant corporate meetings (e.g. performance reviews, business updates, leadership offsites) and alignments with relevant strategic stakeholders
• Build up a strong interface to IT management teams in the units to drive the agenda for selected unit visits and interactions of the CIO
• Develop and execute the internal communication strategy to engage with leadership and employees of the Technology Group (e.g. manager meetings, townhall meetings, videos, podcasts, etc)
• Lead the conception and implementation of strategic cross-functional events (e.g. roadshows, international tech events, leadership summit), incl. content creation, project management, third-party management, communication activities
• Regular interaction with top executives and IT leaders across the organization

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• MBA or equivalent master’s degree in business administration, information technology, or similar with a strong academic record
• Multiple years of working experience with proven track record in consulting, digital transformation management or strategic project management
• Profound knowledge of digital technology and IT transformation, IT trends and latest technologies, market players
• Understanding of the business in energy networks, energy retail and energy infrastructure solutions is a plus
• Experience in complex and stakeholder management intense roles with top-level interfaces
• Structured approach to work, strong organizational and project management skills with commitment towards performance and results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Business fluency in English and German are mandatory
