Job Description
Dutton Financial Services is a subsidiary of Dutton Automotive and provides a range of smart, competitive finance options which are tailored to meet the customers automotive needs and objectives.
An exciting opportunity has become available at our Dutton One dealership site across Melbourne. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work collaboratively with the dealership sales teams to contribute to the dealership’s goal of selling cars. The preferred candidate for this role should have a background in automotive finance/brokerage and sales, along with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products.
Qualifications

Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, both over the phone and face-to-face is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers’ needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to learn and think outside the square.
  • A strong adherence to all compliance measures.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a positive mindset.
  • Demonstrate clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
