As a Business Manager, you will be working for our client, a prominent player in global financial services, assisting with the recruitment of cybersecurity talent to support their critical cybersecurity functions. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process for key cybersecurity teams, from coordinating with vendors to overseeing onboarding processes, ensuring the recruitment pipeline aligns with the client’s security objectives. You will be at the heart of cybersecurity workforce management, coordinating hiring efforts across multiple global cybersecurity functions to meet operational requirements and support business continuity.
Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from vendor selection to candidate onboarding
- Ensuring data accuracy in recruitment systems and maintaining a clear requisition trail
- Providing detailed job requirements to agencies and coordinating candidate consultations
- Setting up interviews and gathering feedback to support seamless decision-making
- Overseeing the offer process, maintaining alignment with vendor agreements
- Hosting weekly vendor meetings and maintaining action logs for continuous improvement
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of cybersecurity personnel within the region
- Preparing and finalizing recruitment reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Participating in workforce management initiatives to support strategic hiring needs
- Contributing to regional Cyber People Initiatives and driving recruitment success
YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment within complex organizations
- Excellent ability to multitask in fast-moving corporate environments
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with vendor management and contractor relationships
- Familiarity with regional compliance regulations and industry standards
- Skill in preparing materials for senior executives, boards, and regulators
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ad-hoc queries effectively
- Organizational skills and ability to meet recruitment reporting deadlines
- Collaborative mindset to coordinate with diverse cybersecurity teams
