QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION

Essential:

• Minimum BA/BS in business administration, finance or relevant field. Alternatively, can show strong analytical skills from another discipline.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

Essential:
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Minimum 5 years corporate banking experience. Demonstrated strong competence with PowerPoint and Excel.

Desirable:
Experience in interpreting and implementing policies, control standards procedures, and controls. Track record of utilising Power BI to simplify / improve reporting processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role is responsible for the Lending business management functions. He/She will be working closely with the Head of Lending APAC to provide business management support on all areas of responsibilities under the Head of Lending APAC. He/She will be a core member of the Lending APAC Management Team (MT").

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Manager (BM") provides support to the Head of Lending APAC, and works closely with other members in Lending, and a wide range of local/regional/global stakeholders, including front office stakeholders in functions such as Sectors Coverage, Capital Markets & Advisory, and Transaction Services, as well as stakeholders in other enabling functions such as Risk, Finance, Operations, and HR. The job scope is multi-faceted with interactions across a broad range of functions and disciplines within WB.
