Description:
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
About the Job
The main task will be to support our sales companies with technical know-how, and commercial support, so they can be successful with the customer and secure an outstanding experience within the full business lifecycle. We will ensure that an experienced team of internal experts in sales, application development, and project execution support you. Your tasks are but not limited to:
- Grow the global sales of systems, services, and sales.
- Develop strong action plans with sales companies.
- Enable long-term competence in sales companies for membranes.
- Enable support to sales companies on technical and commercial matters.
- Conduct commercial offers for our membrane system, working closely with our project managers to ensure systems are built according to design.
The position could be based in Copenhagen, Denmark and/or Nakskov. We offer a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home when it fits with your tasks. Traveling is estimated to be 40-50 days a year.
What you know
You should have a degree in food technology, biotech, pharma, chemical or mechanical engineering. Your background could also be from a business school combined with technical know-how. You have knowledge about separation, and it would be an advantage if you have experience with membrane technology. You are familiar with industrial production processes and equipment and can convert this into process plant design and commercial offers. Preferably experience from process, separation, and/or membrane technology. You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Who You Are
We are looking for an outgoing and proactive profile with a high drive and strong independence. You have a customer-centric mindset with a strong passion for processes, projects, and sales. If you combine that with a strong commercial mindset, you could be our candidate. You possess strong intercultural understanding and interpersonal skills. You are customer-focused and a solid team player with an eagerness to learn and quickly to adapt to new conditions.
What´s In It for You
In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact in a global position, where your ideas and contributions can shape operations and innovations across our international teams. Stepping into a strategic leadership role, you will collaborate with various branches, bringing people together to achieve shared goals and create lasting change. With opportunities for international travel, you’ll build connections with diverse colleagues and partners, fostering strong relationships and growing your expertise. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, where teamwork, shared insights, and mutual respect are at the heart of our success.
