Responsibilities:

A DAY IN THE LIFE (WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE):

  • To be the key support person to the CEO by assisting with prioritization and management of workload, ensuring sufficient capacity to allow the CEO to focus on delivering Sentrex’s strategy and plans.
  • Work closely with the CEO, keeping them informed on relevant issues, commitments and responsibilities, prioritizing and following up as appropriate.
  • Executive support: act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other business partners, including executives, leaders, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the CEO’s Senior EA on prioritizing incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive and confidential nature, determining the appropriate course of action, referral or response, and routing or dealing with less complex matters directly (as appropriate.)
  • Use initiative, diplomacy, and tact, and take a proactive approach to solving problems and delegating issues as appropriate. Provide rapid response to conflicting demands and priorities.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret documents/emails for the CEO and produce briefings for the CEO.
  • Co-ordinate and assist the CEO with drafting documents for Board meetings.
  • Attend ad-hoc meetings and produce minutes/recordings for tracking and follow up on action items on behalf of the CEO.
  • Work closely with the Senior EA regarding the CEOs schedule ensuring content for meetings/agendas are prepared, relevant, and will be followed up on based on commitments that were made.
  • Work with the Senior EA to determine and prioritize business strategies based on the CEOs schedule and upcoming action items.
  • Provide comprehensive, direct and proactive support to the CEO in terms of high priority projects and action plans.
  • Strategic Planning: collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute on organizational strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and leaders within the organization to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and other leaders to develop, drive, and deliver on strategic projects and/or initiatives that support business growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients; attend client meetings, prepare communications and PowerPoint presentations in preparation of the meetings, take thorough minutes, and take action on items discussed at the meetings.
  • Internal Strategic Communication: preparation of written communication for leaders/executive/employees on behalf of the CEO regarding updates of existing business, new product lines or programs, organizational change, and or quarterly/bi-annual/annual business updates.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Represent the CEO’s office at regional and national events as required.
