KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Human Resources Management:
  • Provide guidance and support to project staff on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  1. Administrative Management:
  • Oversee and manage administrative functions, including office operations, facilities management, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between project team members and departments.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  1. Logistics Management:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies, systems, and procedures to support the project’s operational needs.
  • Coordinate and manage the transportation, storage, and distribution of project materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  1. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of HR, administrative, and logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the project team.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and other stakeholders to align project objectives with overall business goals.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on HR, admin, and logistics matters.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager, HR Manager, Administrative Manager, or Logistics Manager, preferably within a project-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, administrative, and logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
