• Support and lead our Kingaroy team to drive site performance, achieve business goals and drive employer engagement.
• Achieve set objectives and targets in service delivery, financial management, contract compliance and employer engagement.
• Help grow our brand presence by playing a pivotal role in community engagement and increasing our business opportunities.
• Identify local labour market skill gaps and devise employer-focused strategies to facilitate sustainable employment for disadvantaged young people.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team and can ‘switch’ between a strategic and operational focus
