SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field
  • Need to have an “out of the box” thinking mindset to put together creative digital/social customer engagement & acquisition ideas/propositions as well as ability to collaborate/build on existing ideas.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • CLM on the campaign management for lead distribution, tracking, ROI & databases

Responsibilities:

  • To understand their business objectives/challenges and acquire NTB customers/cross sell to promote products and services across all the emirates with an effective ROI framework.
  • Plan, implement and deliver the marketing activity calendars for projects and be the primary responsible person (sole point of contact) for effective utilization of internal media assets across all marketing channels
  • Develop creative briefs that inspire and work with our advertising agencies to develop meaningful marketing interventions/concepts. Manage agencies and production suppliers.
  • Execution & successful implementation of campaigns (DED approvals with Tarek)
  • Conduct sale visits with the different teams
  • Constant interactions with Social/Digital team to identify opportunities
  • Campaign performance in terms of NTB acquisitions and fine tune digital target audiences. Monthly reporting of activities with ROI framework for all LAM activities.
  • Track the LAM budgets on a monthly basis.
  • Constantly explore new LAM activation ideas by keeping track of evolving trends in the POS industry.
