Responsibilities:

JOIN MCKINLEY PARK CARE CENTER IN SACRAMENTO, CA, AS A BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER (LIMITED TERM) – POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT ROLE IN THE REGION!

McKinley Park Care Center is seeking a skilled and organized Business Office Manager for a limited-term position with the exciting possibility of transitioning into a permanent role within our regional network. If you have experience in skilled nursing billing, collections, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we’d love to have you on our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Manage resident billing inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement efficient business office procedures.
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and other facilities as needed.
