As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Business Office Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Traveling Business Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing office logistics, and providing support to various departments. This position requires frequent travel to different branches or project sites, making adaptability and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates must have Washington State Long Term Care MCD experience.
  • Coordinate administrative activities, including office supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events across different locations.
  • Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support their administrative needs and streamline processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Travel to various branches or project sites to provide on-site support and address operational challenges.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have Washington State Long Term Care MCD experience required.
  • Two years experience in skilled nursing facility required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments and build rapport with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
