We are recruiting to fill the position below:
REQUIREMENTS
- B.sc / HND Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, and client management
- Additional knowledge in Payroll Management
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
- Knowledge of recruitment and deployment
- Very Good verbal, written, communication & analytical skills
- Ability to plan and close business
Responsibilities:
- Attract applicants for required roles
- Ensure an active pool of applicants for recruitment efficiency
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Orienting new employees and monitoring their welfare
- Ensuring accurate and proper documentation of employees.
- Assist in performance management processes
- Follow up on all client’s complaints and communicate to resolve them
- Ensure timely reporting to the company’s Head office and direct line supervisor(s)
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions and send in reports accordingly
