As a Business Operations Specialist you will work closely with our Group COO, supporting with administration, contract management and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operational Support – Provide business and sales operations support, including contract management, billing, revenue management and reporting.
- Data Excellence – Data management in our CRM and Finance & Accounting system with a focus on quality. Manage the financial forecast, track order backlog and budget.
- Administration Assistance – Support the business teams in day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests such as the creation of reports & presentations, meeting documentation, calendar management, travel management etc.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years+ professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
- Experience with software systems such as Workday Finance, SAP, Planful, Salesforce, Hubspot etc.
- Fluent English, German would be a plus
