Description:

As a Business Operations Contracts Compliance Analyst I, your specific responsibilities include:

  • On a weekly basis, review key audit / exception reports to ensure contract compliance, including revenue recognition compliance. Communicate results and key trends as it relates to non-compliance to management. These audit / exception reports include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Rate Card Audits, by Markup, Location and Position
  • Conduct operational audits utilizing various audit reports to ensure contract compliance in regards to background checks, drug screening, employment verification, MWDBE and any other necessary areas. These audits will include review of company operations at department, office and individual levels to measure compliance against contract terms. Audits will be on a scheduled and random basis to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Upload signed contracts and summary of contract terms into a contract management system and CRM (Salesforce). Communicate upload of signed contracts to the Field Services Center (FSC)
  • Respond to contract inquiries from branch offices
  • Re-route and track new contract requests received for attorneys on CTO to the next available team member
  • Identifies, researches, reconciles and/or reports any deviations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years data entry
  • MS Office Suite – Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
    $22.60 - $34.62
