Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
As a Business Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. This includes ensuring that our products are well-stocked and our customers are well-served in order to achieve reliability, maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
You will also work closely with the Fulfilment team to ensure that our office and warehouse is well-stocked, equipped and maintained to process daily orders as part of the end-to-end customer journey.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible, team-player and organized.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Business Centra
Responsibilities:
- Manage business operations, procurement and improve processes.
- Formulate operational and administration strategies, policies and procedures in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, and risks mitigation.
- Manage the Group’s staff resources including recruitment, retention and re-deployment.
- Plan and maintain healthy inventory balance through accurate monitoring, replenishing stock with suppliers, packing products and regular inventory counts.
Requirements:
