REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Minimum Diploma qualifications.
  • Proven experience in related roles will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Procurement functions

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best sourcing for supplies and equipment to achieve best value.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high quality goods and services.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and address quality issues.
  • Use relevant design systems to create logo and prints for corporate gifts.

Event Services

  • Support management in event planning activities to achieve successful event execution.
  • Provide interest trend analysis to management to aid in planning of future events planning.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations using information from various sources eg. surveys and CRM system, to assess event success and gather feedback for service improvement.

Corporate functions

  • Develop and recommend HR policies, procedures and processes to attract and retain talents.
  • Ensure effective HR management of employees, enabling the team to effectively carry out their work.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive employee benefits programs and recommend for adoption.
  • Manage finance functions in relation to quotations, invoices, collection monitoring for services provided to customers.
  • Use government portals and manage various systems’ settings and configurations according to company’s policies and requirements to support the various corporate functions eg. Finance, HR etc.
  • Coordinate and support organisational excellence initiatives and certifications.
  • Supervise a team of drivers and operations personnel.Undertake tasks assigned by management to support smooth and efficient business operations.
