REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and performance.
  • Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and performance management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with modern Technology Solutions and Service models offered by MSP’s

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Oversee daily operations and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
