We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our team. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and performance.
- Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and performance management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans.
