Responsibilities:

  • Leads the GMG APAC business and sales reporting and analysis process for APAC regions of our ~$130MM business.
  • Partners with sales management in the development of advanced customer reporting, analytic dashboards and customer insights.
  • Analyse performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively develop Sales Support operational processes.
  • Work with Sales Managers to drive corporate strategy and manage sales operational executions and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure communication of brand changes (i.e. downsizing/compaction) that will impact customers to ensure smooth transition on price list and forecasts.
  • Serves as lead Project Manager on high priority strategic initiatives
  • Customer “master data” expert tasked with identifying and implementing operational reporting efficiencies and increasing automation.
  • Oversees all GMG Customer pricing for sourced customers including PAF pricing & transition SKUs, obsoletes with no replacement or indirect replacements.
  • Manages all annual customer price increases across regions. Providing additional analysis as needed (i.e., weighted average by brand by region)
  • Provides training on PAF pricing process and other GMG related processes and improvements.
  • Develop and Maintain SOPs for Global Operational Standardization
  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance (i.e. Pricing Analyst) to address contract issues or concerns and to ensure the timeliness of contract review.
  • Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, and Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies with Sales Managers that help promote sales to new and existing customers.
