SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

As the Business Operations Manager, reporting directly to the VP Operations Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of business activities and the Corporation’s growth objectives through effectively guiding Functional business initiatives.

Primarily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with UK and US 1LMX leadership, multiple stakeholders and process owners
  • Drive a ‘One LM’ culture for how Business Areas, Shared Services and Support Functions interact
  • Communicate and make decisions in support of Australia and New Zealand strategic objectives
  • Lead the development of consistent Functional Service Level Agreements, Dashboards and Internal Scorecards
  • Prepare materials and coordinate the execution of the business rhythms and recurring reports
  • Facilitate the Functional Business Review (FBR) and record actions and Minutes on behalf of the VP Operations
  • Assist the VP Operations with all LMANZ resilience activities
  • Lead the ongoing development, review and maintenance of corporate processes and provide recommendations to optimise efficiency and productivity

Lead and coordinate the successful rollout of the digital transformation program 1LMX in Australia
