YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years in an operational role or something similar.
- Technology change agent and advocate.
- A natural ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose and test new solutions.
- Highly numerate and comfortable with finance and business performance metrics.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable in change and transformation environments.
- Knowledge of business productivity and CRM software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
