JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a back office, high-volume call center position. The Business Operations Analyst will have strong time management skills to pivot workload based on customer needs. You will be providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced customer service support role to our more than 10,000 customers surrounding express mail.

Job Highlights:

  • You will help support over 10,000 desktop users through phone calls.
  • The ideal hire will have strong time management skills.
  • Confidence speaking to a room full of senior leaders.
  • Able to complete a lots of spreadsheet work with Excel.
  • Resetting passwords to users who call in with urgent needs.
  • Self-started who’s able to prioritize work and customer request independently.

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days. This role is not eligible for full-time remote work.
