WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a experienced professional who combines strong technical and business skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. We value an approach to consulting that includes a can-do attitude, confidence, and strong agile teamwork skills to make a significant impact on our clients’ projects. We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better:
Proven experience with eCommerce platforms, including a strong understanding of business processes and core Commerce solutions and systems (e.g., ECOM, ERP, PIM, OMS, CRM, CDP)
Knowledge in technical development in various contexts. Especially experience with tools such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, and Spryker is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, drive growth, and develop strategic solutions that align with business objectives
Proven experience in Architect role on projects covering the lifecycle from sales and early exploration, work estimation, technical architecture design, full-stack development and successful go-lives
Fluency in English and Finnish

️ Business Development: Drive business growth through sales, early exploration, and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
️ Solution Design: Design architecture and end-to-end solutions in close cooperation with your colleagues and the customer. Plan integrations, define roles of the core systems and design information architecture.
️ Leadership: Take on the role of architecture/technical lead and be responsible for the planning and execution of modern architecture.
️ Continuous Learning: Keep you and your colleagues up-to-date with the latest news in relevant technologies.
