OUR IDEAL MATCH

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and pragmatically driven team player who can work independently and manage a wide range of topics. You are analytically strong and passionate about optimization to achieve efficient and accurate results.
• You have a Master’s degree in Applied Economics or Business Engineering with an excellent understanding of accounting and preferably some relevant experience in Finance/Controlling.
• You’d like to work proactive, flexible, and willing to take the initiative.
• Your communication skills in Dutch and/or English are great.
• You are capable of taking on the roles of troubleshooter, interface manager, and business partner.
• You have a strong interest in IT, good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and preferably Power BI and SAP.
• You are available to start in our company by December 1st at the latest.

• Support engineering, production, and logistics departments with key financial data for business analysis.
• Ensure the quality and timely reporting of financial figures during monthly and yearly closings in cooperation with Shared services in Berlin.
• Correctly capitalize capital expenditures after discussions with the engineering department and conduct monthly cost discussions on specific investment projects.
• Actively participate in improvement projects, conduct audits, and serve as a sparring partner for controlling and engineering.
• Continuously strive for efficiency improvements in our system, such as digitalizing repetitive tasks.
• Be a key player in our backup system, showing interest in colleagues’ work and acting as a backup when needed
