Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Director, People and Culture, the HR business partner supports specific sectors of the ALDO Group, namely the Distribution Center and the Supply Chain team. Their role is to assist various departments in achieving the Human Resources aspect of their business plan/their objectives while ensuring the deployment and implementation of corporate programs. They are also required to support and coach managers on key competencies and good management practices. To effectively support the Distribution Center team, presence in the office is required 4 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coach and support managers in the application of the company’s HR policies and in good management practices.
  • Be present on-site to respond to associates’ questions regarding HR programs, their pay, or any other information requests.
  • Deploy the HR cycle, including performance management, human capital review, annual salary adjustments, engagement survey, onboarding, and integration, and departure management.
  • Participate in establishing the action plan stemming from the engagement survey, follow up, and contribute to the execution of certain engagement activities.
  • Monitor HR indicators related to recruitment, departures, and occupational health and safety.
  • Participate in the occupational health and safety committee.
  • Support recruitment activities when it involves management roles.
  • Act as a change agent to support teams in all projects that may impact the distribution center and the Supply Chain team.
  • Closely follow up on work accident and disability cases.
  • Coordinate and adapt various training sessions for warehouse associates.
  • Perform any other related tasks related to human resources management.
