Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global and regional leadership to help drive the business
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, Strategy and Sales Operations and the executive leadership team to develop, refine and execute the organization’s strategic plan and set clear objectives, priorities and performance metrics
  • Prepare strategic presentations and visual support for the executive
  • Support sales team in preparing strategic meetings with potential partners (OEMs, dealers, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Work with MHCC on certain North American projects and initiatives and promote bilateral collaboration
  • Participate to the development of the commercial excellence strategy
  • In collaboration with the Vice President, Strategy and Sales Operations, manage and support the introduction of new products (EaaS, Private Label, OP/FMV Lease, funding facility, etc.)
  • Keep a pulse on the external market and customer trends, providing proactive sales and marketing solutions that will help optimize our growth and transformation
  • Design and develop tools and enablers to facilitate decision making, measure progress against strategic goals and motivate team members
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by exploring new technologies, business models, and market trends
  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives
  • Identify and assess potential strategic initiatives, projects, and partnerships that align with the organization’s strategic goals
  • Lead and participate to cross-functional projects that are in line with the organization’s strategic goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that organization’s priorities and strategies are adopted in all levels
