Job Introduction
Are you ready to make an impact and drive business success? At Sodexo Live! we’re looking for a dynamic Business Performance Analyst to support our team with insightful reporting and analytics. You’ll be at the forefront of developing a comprehensive retail reporting suite, offering impactful analysis on performance, and identifying the key levers for success. In addition, you’ll create predictive modelling tools to accurately forecast revenue and resource requirements across various sectors. You’ll also support our business development efforts by delivering a client-facing analytics suite that empowers our partners with actionable insights.
This role will be ideal for someone with proven experience in systems management, data analysis, and project management, paired with high-level expertise in analytics tools like Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot, and advanced Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively. Familiarity with retail systems, EPoS, digital systems, and hospitality tools such as Priava, Salesforce, and Secutix is highly valued, as is experience with AI/predictive tools and supply chain analytics. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to bring data sets from multiple sources into consolidated BI solutions. Excellent communication skills and a good grasp of Microsoft Office products are also important.

Responsibilities:
- Utilise BI tools such as Power BI to support business leaders in monitoring real-time performance.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards for key client reporting and business analysis.
- Build custom tools and models that support strategic initiatives and provide insights into digital retail and fast service solutions.
- Perform benefit and impact analyses for project reviews and investment assessments.
- Use AI and predictive modelling to forecast business outcomes and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with business development teams, providing robust modelling tools for growth strategies.
