Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Business Performance Manager, you will develop and implement an integrated, forward-looking business steering approach. You will chair governance cycles, identify opportunities, and perform commercial deep dive analyses to support business growth and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement end-to-end business steering processes for governance cadence (operational, tactical, strategic business steering).
- Chair monthly and quarterly governance cycles at the Business Line Advanced Materials Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) level.
- Identify potential opportunities and challenge market heads and regional commercial leaders.
- Conduct specific commercial deep dive analyses to uncover value.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including SVP Commercial, regional heads, Pricing, Sales Controlling, Business Intelligence, IT, SCM, Customer Care, and Operations.
