The successful candidate will be a key part of the Business Process Analytics team as an experienced Business Process Analyst and will be responsible for using the Celonis process analytics software to provide insights to the business partners.

Your Tasks:

• Work closely with Business Partners to understand and translate their business requirements into technical requirements.
• Use the Celonis Process Analytics Platform to develop new, innovative solutions for the business partner.
• Apply PQL (similar to SQL) to analyse business data in order to increase transparency, identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes to jointly suggest approaches to overcome them.
• Taking responsibility for monitoring, maintaining, and optimising the existing data extractions, data models and applications.
• Ensure system stability and the use of industry standard for software development (e.g Versioning, Validation cycles, code structure…)
• Designing and optimising data architecture, with a special focus on scalability and maintenance effort.
• Support the global rollouts of process mining applications in close collaboration with process and lT system experts, as well as project consultants’

Your Profile:

• Degree in computer science/data science / business informatics / engineering (STEM) or equivalent training
• Having 2+ years relevant professional experience in the field of business intelligence / data, programming, working with databases and data modelling
• Ability to present complex issues and results in a clear, structured and logical manner, while showing strong analytical skills
• Having interest in working with Business Partners, and thus demonstrate solid communication and initiative skills
• A first experience with process mining software (e.g. Celonis, Signavio), data base query language as SQL / ETL, or knowledge of SAP S4 will be considered as an asset.
• Business fluent in English
