WHAT YOU BRING

• 3-5 year plus experience in a similar role or discipline (Project Management, operational readiness, change management, strong operational management)
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with taking the lead to make key decisions
• Ability to conduct excellent analysis, that bring key insights to light
• Proficient in productivity, planning, and workload management. Ability to maintain effective working relationships across all levels – exemplifying business partner qualities
• Curious – You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.
