What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a Cyber Business Process Analystto join our IT department on a 12-month fixed term basis to continueits journey towards compliance with NIS Regulations and further.
We’ll trust you to:
- Identify, analyse and manage internal stakeholders todevelop a deep understanding of their needs.
- Take part, and sometimes lead, third party discussions to build user requirements & processes
- Utilise process mapping for current state analysis and futurestate proposal (BPMN)
- Take an active part in transformation governance includingteam meetings, working groups and agile ceremonies as required.
You’ll need to have:
- Very strong aptitude for business process modelling (specifically BPMN) and possibly held a BPA role
- Demonstrable experience within a Business Analyst role
- Excellent stakeholder identification, analysis andmanagement skills
- Outstanding communication skills with internal and externalstakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Ability to work under pressure on several different projectssimultaneously
- Passionate about finding creative solutions, with a positiveattitude to change
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Self-starter who can structure and prioritise their workloadand drive the plan forward
- Knowledge or experience of Agile methodology and toolssuch as Azure DevOps
- Working toward or completed a BCS business analysisdiploma or equivalent (such as IIBA CCBA)
- Experience within a Cyber Resilience surrounding (highlydesirable)
- Any project management qualification such as PRINCE2®(desirable)
- Any Six Sigma belt (highly desirable)
- Prosci ADKAR® qualification (desirable)
