Our daily business is permeated by various processes, that ideally automate repetitive tasks and support the easy and reliable flow of work.
In reality however, many processes are perceived as cumbersome, slow and impeding the business. The reasons include a lack of proper process definition, missing training, IT support and overarching understanding of the various parties involved of the purpose and requirements of a specific process.

Responsibilities:
- Sustain an overview of business process performance and challenges across the global organization, including sales, manufacturing, engineering, administration and all other functions
- Define and establish metrics to measure the financial impact of process inefficiencies, making the relevancy of changes transparent to employees and management alike
- Build and maintain a list of business process redesign projects, prioritized by return on investment, as in what processes redesign yields the highest return for the organization
- Ensure alignment of process improvements with overall business strategies and objectives
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on process performance and potential areas of improvement
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes, ensure that key performance measures (KPIs) are met
- Maintain an up to date understanding of Wolffkran’ s existing IT tools, applications, abilities as well as new ones such as new tools, applications or machine learning or AI tools
- Manage several projects in parallel and engage in ad hoc projects as required by the GMB
- Act as the primary change manager for processes, actively communicating the need and benefit of change across the organization
- Conduct and moderate workshops across functions, hierarchies and regional separation, to make every voice heard within the change process
- Structure existing process flows and make the benefits, challenges and actual business needs transparent
- Define and document optimized processes, communicating the change process across the organization
- Drive and conduct necessary IT changes and training requirements to ensure proper implementation of the new process
- Support the process introduction, conduct regular controls auditing process adherence, make where and if needed further improvements
- After process stabilization hand the process over to proces
