As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for Business Process & Automation Managers at various seniority levels.
The objective of this role is to identify and implement optimization levers within Kommunalkredit’s business processes.
Continuous improvement of the efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability of these processes is essential to support and achieve the company’s objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Open-minded and enjoys working with people in a dynamic environment, taking on responsibility and demonstrating a desire to create solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on banking, business organization, or informatics, or an equivalent technical degree.
  • Relevant certifications, such as in Business Process Management, with in-depth experience in BPM and/or RPA tool suites (for a more senior level).
  • Strong working knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly in project and/or project finance (for a more senior level).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Financial Services IT organization/department, IT, consulting, or IT service provider.

    In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros. Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process optimization using the latest methods and technologies.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure that process changes are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Manage projects for process improvement, including planning, controlling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Advise and support management in strategic decision-making regarding process management.
