- Define and implement compliance requirements and monitor process compliancy to ensure CSO/CS teams are adhering to the set frameworks and agreed processes, methodologies configured in enabling technologies
- Support Domain Business Process Owner to collect and share best practice via regular contact with CSO & CS teams, ensuring we provide guidance to relevant SMEs and the User communities on how technology platforms can be utilized in most effective and productive way
- Identify gaps in (organisational) competencies and capabilities, through analysis of the usage of processes, methodologies and technologies.
- Within projects, create & maintain detailed process design for designated domain (s) including work instruction, business scenarios, setting detailed business requirements, input into functional design, UAT scenarios & test scripts, execution of UAT and deployment to CSO & CS teams.
