QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any field related
• 4 years of experience process development, management and improvent
• 2 years of experience in ServiceNow
• Knowledge in;

• Delivers workshop on demos
• Process expertise in one or more areas
• Provides process definition guidance and best practices
• Monitoring of deliverables before implementation
• Manage client communications to ensure the effectiveness of the process strategy
• Process development and maintain optimizations programs
• Update and maintain all process documentation
• Design processes and standardize, improve or redesign existing ones
