ABOUT YOU
You love being organized and organizing things around you. You can see the big picture as well as the details. You probably like puzzles and might be particularly good at finding the hidden
patterns in things. You’ve built a career on understanding how things get done and how to improve those processes to meet new goals. You are probably empathetic as it gives you an ability to understand other’s goals and how a process impacts their work.
You’ll work with people from many different cultures and backgrounds, some more technical than others, and each requiring you to develop relationships. You could provide even more value to our team by having experience with research activities, high performance computing, Dell EMC Isilon storage systems, cloud storage offerings, and scripting and programming. However, if these are not already in your wheelhouse, you can consider each of them to be growth opportunities once you join our team.
You might have a four year degree. You might not. That’s not what we’re looking for. We care about what you can do and how you do it. We understand that there are many possible paths for how you got here. A record of conscientious, thoughtful work speaks volumes.
