Description:
TE KŌWHIRINGA | THE OPPORTUNITY
Be responsible for ensuring quality processes and systems are developed and maintained for the Connect Hamilton Contract team. Assist with financial monitoring and reporting, and will support the overall delivery of the Connect Hamilton Performance Framework through efficient and accurate coordination.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Zero Harm monitoring and reporting, the delivery of the Connect Hamilton Performance Framework.
- Subcontractor management and onboarding, ensuring compliance against Downer standards.
- Coordinating training and managing our competency database.
- Coordination of contract meetings / ownership of action resolution.
- Supporting the delivery and monitoring of non-financial Performance Framework.
- Management of relevant SharePoint sites and support and training to staff as required.

NGA PŪKENGA MATUA | IMPORTANT SKILLS
Experience working at an advanced coordination level within the network maintenance / civil construction industry is desirable. You will have excellent communication skills to collaborate well and execute administration to high standards.
