Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Are you driven by the potential of business process management and ready to make a significant impact on our organization? We are seeking a Business Process Executive to join our team at Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
In this crucial role, you will manage and maintain the SAP Signavio platform, the cornerstone of our process modelling, analysis, and collaboration efforts, ensuring it supports our global operations effectively.
This position is perfect for someone who excels in both technical administration and user support, and who is committed to continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, communicate updates, and integrate user feedback.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Platform Administration: Configure, customize, and administer the Signavio platform to meet the Imperial’s requirements.
  • User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the platform.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to users, resolve issues, and answer questions related to the platform’s functionality and usage.
  • Platform Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and backups, to ensure the platform’s stability and reliability.
  • Data Management: Manage data within the platform, including importing/exporting data, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to educate users on the platform’s features, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate platform updates, and address user feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest platform features and industry trends, propose enhancements, and contribute to the platform’s evolution
