Description:

For the LPS Service department we are looking for a Business Process Expert (x|f|m) for Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Ko. KG. In this role, you will work in a team on projects to optimize, harmonize and implement processes and required systems in the group-wide service environment. You will effectively use well-known methods and tools such as Six Sigma, continuous improvement and Lean Management. The team consists of eleven employees and looks forward to shaping the future with you.

  • Implement end-to-end service processes as part of international roll-outs, improvement initiatives and company integrations
  • Provide support in interdisciplinary and global projects as well as system roll-outs and represent the service function there
  • You independently record process and system requirements from operational service and ensure sustainable process documentation
  • Focus on field service processes, but ideally act at the level of designing E2E processes as an architect
  • Proactively advise and train local service units on our global processes and applications
  • You coordinate the design of technical roles and test management and act as the primary interface to master data management
  • Carry out training and optimize existing training documents
  • Organize and carry out system tests for changes and updates (e.g. SAP, service management software)
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives on the topics of processes, organization and digitalization

What will convince us

  • Successful completion of a university degree (e.g., in industrial engineering) or relevant vocational training coupled with subsequent professional development
  • Professional experience within the field of process management
  • Proven expertise in applying project management methods and utilizing tools for process analysis and improvement, including Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Agile Project Management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technically oriented service roles is advantageous
  • Comprehensive knowledge of service management software, along with a solid understanding of SAP ERP (e.g., CS, SD, MM) and CRM is beneficial
  • You bring in fluent language skills English and German
  • Strong intercultural competence and a readiness to engage in international travel (approximately 30%).
