A Day in the Life
Join our team at the Order Entry and Order Validation Lab based in Warsaw, Poland, where you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, tackling a variety of challenges that make every day different.
In this role, you will enjoy a high degree of independence, offering you the unique chance to shape your career path. The Order Entry and Order Validation Lab is a dynamic and innovative environment where proactive engagement and collaboration are encouraged, enabling you to learn and develop skills in multiple directions while contributing to Medtronic’s success.

Ensure processes are compliant, optimized, standardized, and equipped with a customer lens, by:

  • Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and proper change management,
  • Coordinating efforts between processes considering cross-process impact,
  • Constantly working on process improvements based on data and feedback.

Work towards stable delivery of quantitative and qualitative results according to MDT and customer expectations, by:

  • Identifying and addressing root causes of order entry issues,
  • Vendor performance management,
  • Ensuring timely execution of the agreed action plans,

Challenge the status quo to optimize the way how we execute our processes, by:

  • Initiating and driving internal transformation initiatives,
  • Identifying automation potential and coordinating in-house automation development.

Must Haves

  • Experience with transformation initiatives
  • Ability to identify automation potential
  • Analytical skills to be able to drive conclusions
  • Spoken and written proficiency in English and Italian Language (at least B2 level)
  • “Challenging the status quo” improvement mindset
  • Proactivity and adaptability to change
  • Great team player, with the ability to deliver results independently.

Nice to Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma certification/experience
  • Knowledge of other European languages like Spanish, French or German on B2 level
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment
  • Previous exposure to communication with Senior Management
  • PowerPoint presentation skills
