  • Based at the CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University.

About the Position
The Business Process Improvement Coordinator will work with College and University wide stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, lead the implementation of solutions and enhance the process and continuous improvement maturity of College staff.
The Business Process Improvement Coordinator will lead continuous improvement initiatives from concept to solution and use data to report information to influence executives; decision making and shape future work proposals.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis using project management methodologies.
  • Proven knowledge of business requirement gathering, analysis and process mapping techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and cultivating effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process simplification and improvement solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and contribute as a part of a team.
