Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant master’s degree from a business school or university
  • >7 years of relevant experience
  • Have business acumen, preferably obtained from working with B2B sales (experience working with account, quotation and contract management is considered a benefit)
  • Have experience within process management and optimization
  • Have great IT skills and understand how systems, robotics and digital tools can help optimize business processes (experience working with Microsoft D365 and/or CRM is considered a benefit)
  • Are self-driven and structured, and can navigate within complexity and ambiguity
  • Are a comfortable user of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Are fluent in English in both writing and speaking

Responsibilities:

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead and participate in initiatives to improve and implement capabilities
  • Act as subject matter expert within commercial and sales
  • Drive process- and tools optimization, adoption and understanding
  • Drive process quality and efficiency by setting and monitoring process measures
  • Identify, scope and execute on process improvements
  • Document processes, establish SOP’s and training material
  • Ensure compliance to KK process standards (e.g. KKMS)
  • Work closely with related roles in other Business Units and Group functions to share best practice and align approaches.
  • Represent and participate in commercial excellence initiatives on behalf of the Business Unit
