As a member of our Hellmann Marine & Cruise Logistics teams, you will ensure that ships set sail on time with optimized supply chains.Location: Niendorfer Straße 172, 22851 Norderstedt | Reference no.: 2400004P | Employment type: permanentYour tasks:You develop new, innovative and automated solutions to improve process quality and efficiencyYou are responsible for the analysis, definition and design of requirements and business cases for handover to ITYou work closely with all product owners for audits, process reviews, training and governanceYou are responsible for defining KPIs with all product owners and monitoring compliance with themYou will be responsible for training and coaching end users, including the continuous development of training content and methodology for the software developed in-houseYou will be responsible for project management and support for overarching topics in Vertical Marine & Cruise Logistics, as well as reporting support for performance and financial dataYou will work with various stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Sales, Customer Service and others) to define operational and/or overlapping process standardsYour profile:Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, digital business or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experienceIdeally, you have experience in dealing with the introduction of transport management systems (CargoWise)You are passionate about working on process improvements and digitalization initiatives and have already gained professional experience in the field of process modeling & controlIdeally, you have already been able to accompany the implementation of change and improvement processesYou understand the interrelationships and process chains, preferably from previous activities in logisticsYou have a process and solution-oriented way of thinking and actingYou are a strong communicator, can convey your knowledge clearly and enjoy working in a teamYou have an analytical mindset and an independent, structured working styleVery good German and English skills round off your profileDiversity and equal opportunities are firmly anchored principles of our corporate philosophy.
