Wilhelmsen Ships Service is looking for a Business Process Manager
One of our strategic goals is to automate processes with the help of new technologies whilst improving existing applications. We are therefore looking for a Business Process Manager to implement and maintain efficient processes related to our Marine Products Solutions.
Collaborating across all parts of the organization – mainly with the respective Business Process Managers - to help improve the overall management of business processes. Working closely with the Solution Architect team to identify system solutions / use in line with our business requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Evaluating, designing, implementing, measuring, monitoring and controlling end-to-end processes with key stakeholders and the use of process mining (Celonis)
- Ensuring utilization and optimal cooperation linked to our business processes; Product Management, Inventory Management and Procurement
- Participating and contributing to work related to other value streams, i.e. quote to order & invoice to pay.
- Maintaining and developing business application solutions together with Value Stream Owners and other Business Process Managers (BPM’s)
- Participating in application development and testing projects
- Seeking improvements in processes and developing change requests if modifications to systems are required
- Creating, maintaining and improving process maps and process supporting documentation
- Following up on process compliance and taking an active part in internal audits
- Supporting our Application Operation vendor with functional expertise within the areas of Incident, Problem and Change handling
- Developing and conducting end-user training
- Developing, following up and reporting on process related key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Benchmarking process efficiency across our organization and with other industries
What we are looking for:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
- Experience with Process Management and Process Improvements
- Ability to quickly understand business systems relevant for process areas (ERP)
- Good communication skills, mainly in English
- Experience with developing and conduction end-user training
- Ability to prioritize based on business needs
- A curious and analytical mind
