SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different management levels and articulate issues clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve inquiries.

EDUCATION
- BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, business process management, or business analysis.
Responsibilities:
The individual will work closely with a variety of key stakeholders across the MIS organization and will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the processing of analyst assignments according to operational and regulatory guidelines (including Analyst Rotation, Conflict, and Analyst Certification requirements).
- Supporting the management of mandatory analyst rotations and contributing to the timely completion of regulatory checks.
- Aiding in the investigation of policy breaches and responding to internal queries by providing support and insights on eligibility and compliance policies.
- Contributing to periodic and ad-hoc management and regulatory reports.
- Supporting the maintenance of training materials and internal procedures.
- Engaging in initiatives aimed at process improvement, change management, and data quality assurance.
