WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM and Successfactors experience is mandatory
- Employee Central Certified or any Successfactors modules (SAP HCM for S4HANA Integrations, Payroll USA including Benefits)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science or engineering
- Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external
- Willing to travel to SAP customers worldwide
Responsibilities:
For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skill.
As a technical expert, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role. Your area of responsibility will extend to performance and availability analysis of complex SAP systems.
Your task will be to analyze customers’ systems within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Active Attention) as well as technical problem areas in complex systems, identify issues and bottlenecks, and come up with solutions.
To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.
