Work tasks to be carried out:
Nordea is executing a SOLO project aiming to migrate Danske bank customers to Nordea. As a part of this project credit cards will be migrated to new platform and new cards will be opened to new customers from Danske bank. The objective is to provide our current and new customers with effective an efficient means to do and manage their card payments.
In SOLO project Nordea needs to secure cards’ dispute and chargeback process with external vendor. To enable dispute and chargeback related processes business and operational readiness of Fraud Operations needs to be secured by conducting the needed pre-migration activities.
We are now looking for dispute and chargeback expert to support migration readiness in Norway.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Drive pre-migration activities connected to Fraud Operations to ensure business requirements and operational readiness
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document Dispute & Chargeback related process
  • Support and contribute to Nordea’s quality assurance processes from Dispute & Chargeback perspective

The location of this position could be in any of the Nordic countries but preferably in Norway, Oslo.
Knowledge and Experience:

Experience from payments industry and successful stakeholder management is a must. We value experience in:

  • Cards business, Fraud Operations and dispute and chargeback process
  • Process Outsourcing with migration activities and customer journey focus
  • Leading activities with multiple stakeholders
  • Matrix organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Employee Management with strong employee engagement capabilities
  • Process design and documentation

Besides this the right candidate owns:

  • Strong passion towards stakeholder management
  • Positive and active attitude with ownership to drive actions to achieve and deliver on commitments
  • Great collaboration skills in working with people by setting people in the center and driving collaboration towards common deliveries
